Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that can be consumed on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are fully saturated and not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast with the sweet cocoa and citrus aroma. It has a smooth touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa hints can be traced to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a good book with a warm family hug. Prepare your French Press by using water that has not yet reached boiling point. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from absorbing too much and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Then, after four minutes, you can take a plunge, and enjoy.
